How To Build A List! - 3 Steps To Grow Your List More Rapidly!

How to build a list for email marketing has until now been a closely kept secret among the fortunate few that seemed to have success with it. Researching the subject uncovers many vague answers, without any specific instructions.

I don't know about you, but I learn better when I start out with some semblance of a "recipe" for success. I don't want any room for uncertainty when I am trying to get information about something that is so vitally important to my internet business success.

Did the "elite group" not realize that it was okay to mentor and instruct because the internet is growing exponentially. There is no way to deplete the territory, for many, many, many years to come, if ever. So why not reach out and help others to succeed.

How To Build A List! - 3 Steps To Grow Your List More Rapidly!

Isn't a sign of true success directly related to the number of people you teach after you have succeeded?

Although some would have you believe otherwise, list building is not as mysterious as perceived. There is no hocus pocus, magic potion that we must drink before we can understand it. There's no doors to drop through, or number of times to spin in a circle.

Okay, I have told you what you do not have to do, to figure out how to be successful at list building. Are you ready for me to tell you what you do have to do to achieve your goal?

You may be shocked because it is very simple! I mean it is so simple, it is just basic...
There is just one thing that we always have to remember, and that is this... it is not a number that we are striving to attract but a person that is in need of "something".

Yes, they are in need of the "something" that we have, and are ready to get to them. But...
First we need to build the infamous list of those eager people. Here are 3 steps that are guaranteed to grow your list.

Find or create something that would be of value to someone signing up on the list you are building. (i.e. eBook about something related to your product, software needed to make things easier for them, a video seminar, templates... etc.) You probably get the point.
Get them to your squeeze, or opt-in page. Make it attractive and tell them the action that you want them to take on the squeeze page ("Sign up here now")
Convince them to sign up on your list with the item of value discussed above. Yes, give them the valuable item for FREE! And no, I have not lost my mind, I did say FREE!!

Gluten Free Foods List - A Basic List to Build On

Have you been searching all over the internet looking for a gluten free foods list? What I am going to share with you is just a basic list that will help you to get started if you have found out that you are gluten intolerant. Celiac disease, or those that suffer from its symptoms, can be very frustrating. Are you tired of finding out that your favorite foods contain gluten? Are you tired of finding conflicting information that is available all over the internet? Even if the ingredients label on the food does not show that there is wheat in it, be cautious. Your stomach will tell you if there was gluten in that cookie that you just ate.

One thing that you should remember about this gluten free foods list is that anything can get contaminated with wheat products. So be careful when you are searching for commercially available foods that you think are wheat free. If you are not sure, contact the company that produced the product.

Here is my basic gluten free foods list to get you started.

Gluten Free Foods List - A Basic List to Build On

1. Fresh meats - Be careful with sausage!
2. Fish and shellfish
3. Vegetables
4. Fruits
5. Rice and rice flour
6. Buckwheat - What is that? It not related to wheat.
7. Eggs
8. Rice cakes and rice crackers
9. Honey
10. Wine - some wineries may use gluten products in the aging of the wine.

This is a very short but basic gluten free foods list. There are so many things that you can think of that you wish were on there like a loaf of bread from your favorite grocery store. But you have to change your mind set on what you can and cannot eat.

Let us look at the first item on the list. I said to be careful with sausage. Why should I be careful with sausage? Commercially available sausages are generally packed with fillers, like wheat flour and breads in general. This does not mean that you have to quit eating sausage and remove it from your gluten free foods list. You just have to be cautious and contact the manufacturer if you are not sure. Also another important item to be careful with is meatloaf. Meatloaf often contains bread, bread crumbs or crackers. It is probably best to make meatloaf at home just to make sure that it does not contain any wheat products.

So there it is my basic gluten free foods list. I wish you all the success in taking on your struggle with gluten intolerance. There are so many people that are finding out every day that they are gluten intolerant. Keep your head up. There is so much support out there.
